- All Elevation on Tour ages (Convention & Competition) are determined as of January 1, 2025.
- The workshop levels listed should be used as guidelines. Studio Owners & Faculty should use their discretion to place dancers in the appropriate classroom levels.
- For the scholarship audition, dancers must be in their age appropriate (as of January 1, 2025) room.
- All registrations for Mini, Junior, Teen, and Senior dancers include 2 lunches.
- All Tiny dancers include 1 t-shirt.
- All Teacher registrations include 1 teacher luncheon.
- The Early Bird Registration will close 30 days prior to each event.
- Dancers must attend Convention in order to participate in Competition.
- Dance studios may apply their own additional administrative fees. This is extremely common in the industry and is used to cover the time and expense Studio Faculty experiences while organizing and registering for these events.

OBSERVERS :
- At Elevation on Tour, we greatly value the dancers time and space during our Conventions. Also, we believe that students tend to take full advantage of classes when observers are not present. This idea of no observers promotes an environment of full focus and concentration to the teacher and their class time.
- We will allow observers in, with an observer wristband, for the last 10 minutes of each class. This will give you the opportunity to see the progress and full commitment that your dancer has put in.
- Observers WILL be allowed in our Tiny room with an observer wristband for the entirety of class.
TINY DANCERS :
- Our Tiny Dancers at EOT will experience a condensed Convention schedule with 2 classes on Saturday and 2 classes on Sunday.
- Watch our Tiny Dancers take the stage for a special performance on Sunday morning between their 2 classes!
- 1 Observer Wristband will be included with all Tiny registrations.
- Lunch will NOT be included for our Tiny Dancers Program.

NOTES :
- When calculating the total number of free teachers and free hotel nights, do not include scholarship recipients, tiny dancers, or observers. Only count full paid convention attendees.
- If you qualify for the complimentary hotel room, EOT will make the reservation at the hotel and pay for the room & tax.
SCHOLARSHIPS
PEAK SCHOLARSHIPS
At Elevation on Tour, all registered Mini, Junior, Teen, and Senior dancers are encouraged to attend the PEAK Scholarship Audition Class. If taking Convention in a different level room, you must return to your correct age room for the audition class (age as of January 1, 2025). During the Audition Class, dancers will learn a short combo. Dancers will then be broken up into small groups to be evaluated by our EOT faculty. All PEAK runner-up recipients will be announced and perform in our closing show on Sunday afternoon. All Overall PEAK Scholarships recipients will be announced in our closing ceremony as well.
